how is the straight talk plan at walmart is it worth it whats the catch?

I want to get a phone and hook it up through the walmart straight talk supposedly for 45 bucks a month i can get unlimited text calling and internet through the phone whats the catch and is it worth it right now im paying almost 100 bucks a month and i think this would save me a whole lot of money
