I was trying to decide weather or not to get this on straight talk, Using the unlimited cards. Or- Getting a LG Neon and getting it on AT&T’s unlimited go-phone plan, which would cost me 50 dollars more a month. I was trying to decide which would be a better deal, seeing how the AT&T plan costs more, but has way nicer phones, or get the cheap one with Straight Talk. This phone ..

Yes, you can easily browse the web. It is quite a simple browser, but you can check e-mail, go on eBay, and any other mobile enabled site. It actually works pretty fast. The network coverage is GREAT! I’ve never lost even a single bar! It’s always at 5 bars no matter where I am. I highly recommend Straight Talk, and the Samsung SCH-r451c.
