Why cant I get ringtones in my Straight Talk phone?

I have an LG 220C on straight talk and whenever I try to get ring tones, it does not work. Any answers?
I have tried those sites where you make ringtones. They dont work, at least the ones that I’ve tried.

  2. Straight Talk does not allow you to buy or download ringtones from any other site other than straighttalk.com. If you want ringtones you will have to go to their website. The ringtones are $2.99.

    I also have a Straight Talk phone.
