Is a message of hate the straight talk that McCain promised us? ?
At recent McCain rallies his supporters can be heard shouting, "Kill him" and "Off with his head!"about Obama and McCain says nothing. If anything, he stokes hatred and racial bigotry with his misleading and incendiary ads based on lies and distortions. Is a message of hate the straight talk that McCain promised us?
McCain has indeed said that Obama is a good man, but he never once directly confronted the comments by others who said "Kill him!" and "Terrorist!" and "Off with his head!" That means that he tacitly supports those comments. He should have directly confronted them and said the weren’t true. But no … McCain is an egotist, a bigot and apparently a racist and will do anything to try to get elected, including pandering to the least common denominator of our society.
To everyone defending McCain by saying he told people to cool it when they got out of hand… maybe I’m being too skeptical, but isn’t it possible he’s making a political play by having his campaign whip up this hatred while he plays the good guy and tries to keep it civil?
That same Friday while he was "defending" his opponent, McCain launched his most scathing attack ad on Obama to date.
That’s hillarious….
The Republicans are not catching on….
Time is ticking.. the election is quickly approaching, and this attack line is not working…
It’s not going to work next week, nor will it work on election day… if they don’t get down to business – serious business, they won’t win this one….
Get off the personal attacks that are going nowheres, and talk about the issues… otherwise, the election is lost for them…
Obama knows this, and he’s coasting… the GOP is not clueing in…
If these personal attacks are not working today, why do they expect that it will work on election day?

Maybe you should follow Abe’s advise. Not only that, did anyone happen to catch the Republican National Convention? You did not see that behavior in Denver.

Wrong, wrong, wrong you are. Most of what is said is true, but the libs deny, defy and lie to mask the true Obama.

The ads are factual. It’s funny the media didn’t report on the black man from Wisconsin who is a conservative radio talkshow host. The man stood up and asked if his concern over Obama’s radical associations were about race. This happened friday in Minnesota. The media didn’t bother to put him or his comments in circulation.

In every case, McCain and Palin have ignored the hate that they have been whipping up. And why wouldn’t they? After all, that’s the whole point. The only thing they have left to run on is fear and hate.

yes, it is true on FRIDAY ONLY….McCain actually defended Obama.
but, he still runs these ads stating that he is a terrorist!
so…what side of McCain are you gonna believe?
ONE DAY of him defending Obama? or the weeks that he has smeared him?
I think the smear is McCains true nature.
Friday was McCain being EDDIE HASKELL.

John McCain has not spread the message of hate. Put the blame where it lay, on the two people in the crowd who did it. Keeping that in mind, it is equally as dangerous in my mind to incite race wars based on this. By generalizing and calling all of his supporters racists is even more irresponsible. Why? In a race war, the army is already on the ground and mobilized. No time for preparation. So drop this one, please.

What’s funny though, his lack of response is backfiring. I cannot wait until November is here and gone so those damned racists can eat their words.
It sickens me that in this day and age, people let their hatred towards a certain race rule their opinions about the issues. It just sickens me that America has regressed (when it comes to a certain party) when it comes to racial equality.

The McCain campaign did promise straight talk but you rarely get to hear any. Mr. McCain himself is an expert on question dodging himself.
As for the message of hate, I don’ t believe McCain hates Obama as much as the other people in the crowd who shouts out violent remarks.
McCain not responding to these people shows that he is uncomfortable with the situation when dealing with racism but at the same time feels accepted by the people who are against Obama. Funny McCain is going to dodge the race topic as well. =) He does tell the people to respect Obama.

Apparently you hear only what you want to hear . i guess you missed the part at his rallies when the lady said Obama is a muslim and McCain clearly told her not true he is not Muslim .
i guess you missed the part where McCain told his supporters that Obama is a decent family man and to not be scared of him .
yeah your typical you hear what you wish to hear.
