  18. Dabernathy89, …
Dabernathy89, darling, im sorry to have to be the one to point this out, but just because you refuse to see soemthing and plug your ears and sing “la-la-la” doesnt mean it isnt happening. Why should someone have the burden of pointing out how ridiculous you sound defening greedy liars. No offense, but people like you can’t be reasoned with.YOu Just discredit everything that contradicts YOUR claims as false, no matter how compelling. Am i wrong?

  19. Yeah, NEW hires. …
Yeah, NEW hires. The policy is NOT RETROACTIVE, hence the problem.
    Evidence- Google the following: McCain adviser’s work as lobbyist comes to light (note that the policy is NOT retroactive!);
McCain economic policy shaped by lobbyist
Just two examples, but there are COUNTLESS more. McCain caved to public outcry about lobbyists shaping his policy. But the influence and advisors are still there. You must understand what republicanism is about- corporate power. Hence why lobbyists rule all.

  20. I’m not saying that …
I’m not saying that lobbyists being involved aren’t a problem. I’m saying that the campaign has addressed the issue heavily.

All new campaign hires are required to disclose all past and current lobbying activity, and they are required to cut their current lobbying ties or not work for the campaign.

Where is the evidence that ‘lobbyists run everything’? Don’t tell me to research specifics, the burden of proof is on you. You have to prove to me that “lobbyists are shaping McCain’s policy”.

  21. China just …
China just surpassed us as a bigger exporter. Every great nation has fallen since the beginning of time. The U.S. is next. And Bush, McCain, Cheney and all the rest of the good ol’ rich boys are laughing all the way to the bank; buying up this country at a discounted rate along with the rest of the world. Quite being so ignorant; you really think they give two about you and the rest of the middle class?

  22. I know- YOU ignored …
I know- YOU ignored what I said. I said that lobbyists are shaping McCain’s policy, when you said lobbyists involved weren’t a problem. You can take MCain’s own words as proof of that. Also, Look at the Bush admin, which McCain has voted with over 90% of the time. Lobbyists run everything, with lobbyist’s concerns first and foremeost. This is republican policy-corporate power rules all. The specifics are easy to research, so do it. YouTube doesn’t provide enough space to discuss all the detail.

  23. I said lobbyists …
I said lobbyists are a part of every politician’s life, not a part of their policy making.

You are completely overlooking the fact that current campaign staffers are not allowed to be currently employed lobbyists. In fact, many lobbyists left the campaign earlier this year because of more stringent rules about who could work on the campaign.

You haven’t provided any specifics or proof to back up the claim that lobbyists are shaping McCain’s policy. How informed are you about this subject?

  24. Again- your answer …
Again- your answer illustrates that you are very uninformed about this subject. McCains tops advisors are mostly lobbyists, they are shaping McCain’s policy (as acknowledged by McCain). Lobbyists are not a part of every politicians policy making. Bush and McCain are leaning heavily on lobbyists. Again- do some research.

  25. Wow. It’s amazing …
Wow. It’s amazing how you have no idea what you are talking about.
