Can you fall in love?
To someone who you just beginning to know? Theres this guy who when I met I knew I felt different, then when we had our first talks I just became so crazy about him. Then it grew out of my control. I can’t stop thinking bout him. When I see him in school and he’d smile, I just become so happy and the rush I get is unbelievably strong. I love the way Im feeling around him although we hardly ever talk.
I know in some straight relationships, lust becomes the foundation of relationship then it grows into love. But can that also happen in a gay relationship? Is t possible to fall in love with someone you hardly know?
Yes – but don’t rush it because you’ll find someone else next month – at the latest !

Of course – straight/gay, lust/love it is possible to develop strong feelings for someone as you are getting to know them. The real test comes when you actually start getting to know each other better and have to decide if you still like them despite their faults!

haha. is this dude you like gay as well? i have the same thing with a GIRL at school. i thinks its ok coz shes new but you see were friends. i think its just lust for you and you should talk to him more

Certainly it is possible in straight relationships, so I presume that it can happen in gay relationships as well.
You are probably quite young, so it could easily be infatuation.

If you see yourself with him in THAT WAY then love is love. For me, there is no distinction as an answer to your question of "But can that also happen in a gay relationship?"
And yes, it is possible to be intensely drawn to a person you don’t know. I’ve been through it before. Just be careful that you don’t start to idealize them. And in addition, you should be cautious because of the circumstances you are under.

Actually what your describing is called Limerence. It’s one of the dimesions/levels of love.

Ovcourse you can fall in love with someone you hardly know. Sometimes you just feel a bond,a connection. I am in love with the boy that i have known for a few years. I only realised how much i liked him last August. I still love him. I sometimes can’t stop thinking of him and i think of him when i go to sleep. When i see him i just want to be with him alone forever.
So from experiance you can be in love ( gay wise ) but sometimes this guy barely talks to me. Again you can fall in love with someone you hardly know! Take it slow and enjoy the time you have with him. If one day he ever come outs or u find out he likes you,you will be so happy and relieved!

get 2 kno him 1st. i mean u never know in the long run the ReAL him is going to show that you ~may~ not like. So talk more, leave the lust out of it..because its just going to lure you into a love your expecting while its not. this isnt a movie..movies are for show…theres no love at first sight..or just loving a mere stranger. real life will show the real him.
