   It has a lot to do with how these viruses and pathogens are charged down to an atomic level. Ill leave you to read up on that as I’m not familiar enough with that information to say it here. another example is if someone with Aids was to get a cut once that blood reaches the air outside it can no longer be transferred because the Viruses would die on contact with the oxygen. It’s good that you question this. Go over the chemistry and Jim Humbles website and see if it makes sense to you.

   Chlorine Dioxide is an Oxidizer. For example Hydrogen peroxide is an oxidizer but it is to strong. You cannot drink it because it will kill to many things. The good the bad everything. Chlorine dioxide is just strong enough to oxidize and kill the bad things.

   The purpose of this video is just to give you a general idea. From here you can go out and collect more research. Chlorine is not the same as Chlorine Dioxide. CL2 ( Chlorine ) is two Chlorine atoms that bond together to stabilize. CLO2 (Chlorine Dioxide ) has One atom of Chlorine and Two of Oxygen. So you see completely different.

   What I’d like to know is what reactions are happening internally that make this work and what are the side effects of ingesting this over the long term. Cl- is nasty in the body so something doesn’t seem right to me with this stuff.
